District Court: Zucco Hears Burglary, Assault Case

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following case on Oct. 31:

• Tyler Alphons Henderson, 22, of Monroeville waived a preliminary hearing on charges of burglary and simple assault. Oakmont police filed the charges after an Oct. 1 incident on Eighth Street. Henderson is accused of entering a home without permission and assaulting an individual inside the home.
