Plum District Magistrate Linda Zucco heard the following case on Dec. 12:
- Justin Kane Hourigan, 18, of New Kensington waived a preliminary hearing on charges of burglary, theft, vandalism and purchase of alcohol by a minor. Plum police filed the charges Dec. 8.
