District Court: Zucco Hears Theft, DUI & Assault Cases
Here are the district court cases for Feb. 27.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Feb. 27:
- Charges of simple assault, harassment and defiant trespass against Raymond Edward Dwyer III, 22, of Penn Hills were withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Nov. 10, 2012, incident on Potomac Avenue.
- Keith Thomas McIntyre, 25, of Natrona Heights waived a preliminary hearing on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Plum police filed the charges after a Sept. 17, 2012, incident at Blair Auto Sales on Coxcomb Hill Road.
- Dylan Lovitt Henderson, 21, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, registration and certificate of title required, failing to drive at a safe speed, operating a vehicle without an official certificate, not using headlights and not wearing a seat belt. Plum police filed the charges after a Dec. 2, 2012, traffic stop at Saltsburg Road and Boyce Park Drive.
- Martin Edward McCoy, 30, of Plum was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment. Plum police filed the charges.
