Drug and DUI Cases Go Before Judge Zucco

Plum District Judge Linda Zucco heard four cases in her courtroom on July 31.

Plum District Judge Linda Zucco heard the following cases in her courtroom on July 31:

  • Corey Lawson, 26, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of conspiracy, three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent. Oakmont police filed the charges on July 11. He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail with $10,000 bail.
  • Travis Brooks Morris, 37, of Verona, was held for court on charges of conspiracy and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Oakmont police filed the charges on July 11. He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail with $10,000 bail.
  • Andrew Jeffrey Roberts, 29, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Plum police filed the charges after a March 16 accident on Old Frankstown Road.
  • Mariah Nicole Connolly, 21, of Monroeville, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, failing to drive within a single lane and careless driving. Plum police filed the charges after a May 27 accident on New Texas Road.
