Learn meditation with simple techniques and recognize the peace, beauty, joy within. In the first half of the hour-long class you will learn the subtle science behind meditation and in the next half you will meditate. Walk ins are welcome and there is no fee to attend the sessions.
Meditation is used to reduce stress, create a tranquil mind and relieve medical conditions such as high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, and the effects of chemotherapy. Classes held every Tuesday.
