The Oakmont Elks again presents a new two-act play for this year’s entertainment. The dinner-play will be presented to the general public on the evenings of September 28, 29 and October 6. Dinner will be at 7:00 PM followed by the play at about 8:00 PM. Dinner will be a typical and delicious wedding fare of chicken, rigatoni, green beans and cole slaw, with desserts. Tickets are $20.00 per person.
The play contains some adult humor and is focused on two unlikely suitors, brought together in marriage because they each think their future families are wealthy. A murder of one of the wedding party is totally unexpected. Between the bridal party, the wedding planner, both families, and the wedding crashers, it’s hard to decide who might be the guilty party(s). The Oakmont Elks intrepid thespians will do their best to try and mislead you in identifying the guilty. A fun evening is in store for everyone.
