Last Saturday (May 3, 2014) Verona Tree Commission plus numerous helpers and the guys from TreeVitalize planted 10 more trees around the business district of Verona, this year along Center, South, and East Railroad avenues and around the River Park Playground.
If you look at the pictures closely you will notice the growth between this year's planting and 2013's. You may also see that there are more leaves adorning the 2013 trees planted on the east side of Allegheny River Blvd. than on the west side. Keep your eyes on our new trees.Â
