Hearings Postponed for Three Charged in Child Care Abuse Case

Preliminary hearings have been postponed for in an investigation into alleged abuse at the  facility at in Plum.

Eileen Marie Andrews, 44, of Penn Hills, a worker at the , was charged with two counts of simple assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of children. Childcare Director Angela Marie Russo, 49, of Plum and Director of Children's Services Terry Lynn Bachner, 43, of Murrysville, were charged with two counts each of endangering the welfare of children and failure to report abuse.

The three were scheduled to appear before Plum District Magistrate Linda Zucco Wednesday, June 20. A new hearing date had not been scheduled as of Wednesday.
