Judge Zucco Hears DUI Cases

Plum District Judge Linda Zucco heard the following cases on July 10:

• Jonathan Robert Leon, 24, of Penn Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving without a license, failing to obey stop or yield signs, failing to drive at a safe speed, careless driving and reckless driving. Plum police filed the charges after a March 30 traffic stop on New Texas Road.

• Patyn Lyn McCune, 21, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverages by a minor, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and careless driving. Plum police filed the charges after a March 29 traffic stop on Hulton Road.
