
Plum District Judge Linda Zucco heard the following cases on June 26:
- Thomas Ryan Eiseman, 29, of Monroeville, waived a preliminary hearing on a traffic violation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after an April 13 incident on Center Road.
- Taylor Skye Murray, 18, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase of alcohol by a minor, improper sunscreening and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a March 2 incident on Sandune Drive.
- Cheri Lynn Greco, 41, of New Kensington, was held for court on charges of accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license, duties at a stop sign and failure to notify police of an accident. Oakmont police filed the charges after a March 11 hit-and-run accident at the Hulton Road/Third Street intersection. Greco is accused of hitting a car and fleeing toward Harmarville.
- James Stone of Plum was held for court on a charge of theft. He is accused of stealing a stove, fridge, and a washer and dryer. Charges were filed by a Camp Avenue resident.
