Man Charged After Shooting Gun at Boyce Park
A Penn Hills man is accused of being drunk and shooting his gun at Boyce Park earlier this week.

Allegheny County Police have filed charges against a Penn Hills man accused of shooting his gun at Boyce Park on Tuesday.
Glenn Mark Mooney, 58, has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license; recklessly endangering another person; disorderly conduct; public drunkenness; weapons in a park; and shrubs, flowers, trees and grass.
Police were called to the park after people reported hearing shots. Mooney is accused of being intoxicated and engaging in target shooting in a wooded area of the park.

Mooney's preliminary hearing before Plum District Justice Linda Zucco has been scheduled for April 17 at 9 a.m.
