Men Accused of Stealing Bike Parked Outside Plum Grocery Store

Here are the Plum police reports for the week of April 23 to 30.

Two men have been accused of stealing a bicycle from outside a Plum grocery store.

Plum police have charged Ryan Turner Labovick, 20, of Plum; and Thomas Steven Sisco Jr., 20, of Mt. Oliver with receiving stolen property. Labovick also was charged with theft.

The men are accused of stealing a bicycle that was parked outside of the Holiday Park Shop'n Save along Route 286 on March 4.

DUI

Lee Andrew Peterman, 34, of Penn Hills was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and driving on the wrong side of the road after an April 26 traffic stop on Hulton Road.

Thomas Ryan Eiseman, 29, of Monroeville was charged with following too closely and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after an April 13 traffic stop on Center Road.

Elizabeth Marie OToole, 32, of Glassport was charged with scattering rubbish and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a March 31 traffic stop on Saltsburg Road.

Jonathan Robert Leon, 24, of Penn Hills was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, drivers required to be licensed, duties at a stop sign, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a March 30 traffic stop on Center Road.

Patyn Lyn McCune, 20, of Plum was charged with underage drinking, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a March 29 incident on Hulton Road.

Assault

Shawn Tropf, 25, of Plum was charged with simple assault and harassment after an April 21 incident on Center Hill Road.

Theft

A Locharron Court resident reported three firearms went missing from a safe some time between December 2012 and April 22.

Trespass

A Unity Center Road resident reported that someone had been trespassing on their property on April 25.
