New Physical Therapy Facility Moves into Oakmont
Facility director Kevin Dolhi from nearby Penn Hills said the new offfice, which offers a range of physical therapy services, is already generating interest.

Keystone Rehabilitation Systems has recently moved into the newly-renovated Oakmont Plaza, and according to facility director Kevin Dolhi, the Allegheny River Boulevard location is a great place to be.
“Keystone had been looking to expand into the Pittsburgh area and thought Oakmont was a great fit,” he said.
The facility opened for business Sept. 19. Dolhi said the new office between Panera Bread and Ace Hardware has generated interest.

“We’re getting a lot of people stopping by,” he said. “I feel the residents have welcomed me already.”
A local native, Dolhi said he spent a lot of time in Oakmont growing up.

Owned by Physiotherapy Associates, a national outpatient rehabilitation provider, the clinic is run by Dolhi, a Penn Hills resident who has most recently worked with East Suburban Sports Medicine.
“I’ve seen therapy in a vast array of settings,” he said, adding that his experience includes hospital, college, and outpatient settings.
Dolhi holds a doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Marybeth Lehman, Area Vice President of Physiotherapy Associates, described Dolhi as well educated and experienced.
“He has an impeccable dedication to diagnosing and treating the cause of an individual’s needs for physical therapy,” she said.
The brand-new facility offers state-of-the-art amenities designed to provide patients with exceptional service, Dolhi said.
“We are basically an all-inclusive outpatient physical therapy center,” he said. “Our goal is to get our patients back to doing what they want to do, whether that is returning to work, playing a sport, or just walking around their community without pain.”
Some of the services Keystone Rehabilitation provides are sports rehabilitation, creation of custom orthotics, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and rehabilitation of work-related injuries.
Physiotherapy Associates’ clinics, like Keystone Rehabilitation Systems, also offer orthopedics, manual therapy, injury prevention programs, strength and conditioning programs and fitness and wellness programs.
“We continue to open clinics like this Oakmont facility to reach patients that want to lead healthy lives,” said Pete Grabaskas, chief operating officer of Physiotherapy Associates. “This clinic will offer the residents of Oakmont outstanding physical therapy services.”
While most patients are referred to—or more specifically prescribed—a physical therapist, Dolhi said he has direct access authorization, which means a patient can come directly to him.
“People are getting to us both ways, by talking with their doctor and walking by,” he said.
A grand opening currently is scheduled for Oct. 25 with refreshments, giveaways and tours of the facility.
