Oakmont Man Injured After Pumpkin is Thrown From a Vehicle
Police are searching for answers related to this incident.

An Oakmont man was taken to the hospital Wednesday when he was hit in the head with a pumpkin.
According to , the man and his wife were walking along Pennsylvania Avenue when the man was pelted in the head with a pumpkin that was thrown from a passing vehicle.
The victim fell and hit his head on the sidewalk. He sustained injuries to his head, along with cuts and bruises to his face. He was taken to UPMC St. Margaret Hospital for treatment.
