DUI

Merril McCrady, 64, of Oakmont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a traffic violation after a Sept. 2 traffic stop on Allegheny River Boulevard.

Criminal Mischief

Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported on Fourth Street on Sept. 2.

Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported on Pennsylvania Avenue on Sept. 1.

Theft

An East Pittsburgh resident reported stolen tools on Third Street on Sept. 6.

Theft of services was reported at Casey's on Allegheny River Boulevard on Sept. 2.

Fraud

An Oak Street resident reported fraudulent charges on her credit card on Sept. 2.
