Obituary - Frances O. Yohman

Frances O. Yohman, of Harmarville, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 in the Willows Presbyterian Senior Care in Oakmont, at the age of 88.

Frances was born in Masontown, PA, on September 28, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Kois) Slemok; beloved wife of the late Stephen A. Yohman; loving mother of Patricia (Dennis) Manganelli of Somerset, Margaret (Joseph) Rhoades of Springcreek, Nevada, Janet (Noel) LeCher of Cartersville, Georgia, Rhonda (Raimund) Rueger of Fredericksburg, VA, and Stephen (Diane) Yohman, II of Plum; grandmother of Derek, Joseph II, Kimberlee, Timothy, Thomas, Sean, Christopher, Morgan, Mary, Raimund III, and Nathaniel; great-grandmother of 11; dear sister of Stella (Mario) Berasi of Springdale and the late Helen (the late John) Kotwica, Frank Slemok, Jr. and Joe Slemok. 

Mrs. Yohman was a member of St. Pio of Pietrelcina in Harmarville where she was a member of Ladies of Charity and Christian Mothers.  She was also a member of the Harmarville Democratic Party.

Friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC, 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. in St. Pio of Pietrelcina, Harmarville with Father Joseph Keenan as celebrant.  Interment will follow next to her husband in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Twp.  Memorial donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation, 100 W.
