Obituary - Genevieve Aubele

Genevieve Aubele, of Oakmont, passed away on July 29, 2013, at the age of 95.

Genevieve was the loving wife of the late Henry M. Aubele to whom she was married for 68 years. Together they owned Henry’s Hobby Shop & Pilgram’s.  She was a caring mother of Patti Rae Aubele of Penn Hills, Terri Lee Aubele of Oakmont, Thomas Aubele (Marta) and Georgia Aubele Yeager (Dennis).  She is survived by grandchildren Michael Aubele (Tami), Dr. Danielle Aubele (Dr. Bradley Johanson), Ryan Aubele (fiancé Renee Sutton), Matthew Yeager and Andrew Yeager and great-grandchildren Christian and Chancellor.  Genevieve is also survived by her sister Eileen Cook Perrin of Florida.

Family and friends will be received from 3 to 8 pm on Thursday August 1, 2013 in the English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont, PA, 15139; where a funeral service will take place at 11:00 am Friday with interment to follow in Verona Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Oakmont United Methodist Church or Family Hospice & Palliative care www.familyhospice.com.
