Obituary - Gerald A. LoAlbo

Gerald A. LoAlbo, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at the age of 87.a lifelong resident of Verona.

Jerry was the beloved husband of the late Alice G. LoAlbo; loving father of Karen A. (Bob Newhouse) Tamburro of Verona and Gerald F. LoAlbo (Mary Hernandez) and daughter-in-law Dana LoAlbo of Tulsa, OK.; grandfather of John Tamburro and Melanie (Jeff) Tamburro, Melissa (Cris) Belvin, Brian (Kellie) LoAlbo, Brenda (Tito) Newhouse, Glenn and Jennifer Newhouse; great-grandfather of Jeffrey, Justin, Kalina and Gerald Wade; brother of Alfred (Mary Ellen) LoAlbo; brother-in-law of Nancy and Limpia LoAlbo.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and preceded in death by his brothers Angelo and John LoAlbo. 

Mr. LoAlbo, a lifelong resident of Verona, owned and operated Jerry’s Barbershop in Verona for over 60 years.  He was also a past member of the Verona Eagles and Verona VFW.

Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont, PA, 15139 where a Blessing Service will be held on Friday at 10:30 am.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Verona.
