Obituary - Isabel K. Lanning(McGivern)

Isabel K. Lanning(McGivern, a lifelong resident of Oakmont ,died Monday Oct, 7, 2013 at the age of 88, with her daughters at her side.

Isabel was the beloved wife of the late Clyde I.Lanning; beloved mother of Robin( Tim) Miller and Bonnie ( Larry) Bergless.  Isabel was the last living member of the McGivern family. Mam-Ma of four and great Mam-Ma of three, and will also be missed by all of her fish fry friends. 

Isabel was a proud member of St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, Oakmont, and was active up to her end.  Friends and relatives will be received at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC. 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, Thursday from 3-7 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 11:30am in St. Irenaeus Church, Oakmont.

The Family suggests memorials to St. Jude’s Children’s Research.
