Obituary - Jacob M. Cappa

Jacob M. Cappa, 46, of Oakmont, died Thursday, October 24, 2013, at the age of 46, with his family at his side.

Jacob was the beloved son of Jacob G. and Lois (Pecora) Cappa; dear brother of John, Jason, Jeff and his wife, Nicki Cappa; proud uncle of Jacob, Alyssa, Jeffrey, Matthew and Jonathan Cappa.  

Jacob was an inspiration to many with his determination to overcome many obstacles to become an independent survivor.  He will be missed by his dedicated family and many friends that he touched.

Friends and relatives will be received at BURKET - TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, Sunday from 2-6.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday in St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, Oakmont at 11:30 a.m.  EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.

The Family strongly suggests memorials to the family for their discretion.
