Obituary - John D. Gazzo

John D. Gazzo, of Verona passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at the age of 84.

John was the loving husband for 49 years of Janet (Couts) Gazzo; wonderful father of Christine Gazzo and David Gazzo; dear brother of Daniel (Monica) Gazzo and the late Richard Gazzo.  He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

John was retired from the US Postal Service and proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War.

Friends and relatives will be received on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, 11 a.m.in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona.
