Obituary - Katherine Macaluso

Katherine Macaluso, of Oakmont, died Wednesday afternoon July 24, 2013, at the age of 95.

Katherine was the beloved wife of the late August J. Macaluso; dear mother of Diane ( Bernard) Simmons, Gregory “Mac”(Kathy Murphy) Macaluso; grandmother of Lisa, Matthew, Kathleen and Mark; and great grandmother of six. Katherine had twelve siblings of which the living are Margaret Hubbard, Frances Wulf, Helen Stevens, and Anthony Pavlicko.

Friends and relatives will be received at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION &ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC. 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Friday July 26, 2013 from 2-4, 6-9 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 9:3 am in St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, Oakmont.

The Family suggests memorials to St. Irenaeus Church, of which Katherine was so fond.
