Obituary - Lee D. Hendershot

Lee D. Hendershot, of Penn Hills, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014, at the age of 60. 

Lee was the son of the late Walton and Fannie (Lovett) Hendershot; beloved husband for 36 years of Carol (Mangan) Hendershot; loving father of Christopher (Rebecca) Hendershot and Gregory Hendershot; Bop Bop of Aubrey and Logan; brother of Lon (Kelly) Hendershot.

Lee was a life member of Rosedale VFD where he served as the prior chief and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Penn Hills.  

Friends and relatives will be received in the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m.  Firefighters will hold services at 7 p.m. Sunday evening in the funeral home.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in Zion Lutheran Church, 11609 Frankstown Road, Pittsburgh, 15235.  EVERYONE PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH.
