Obituary - Marshall T. Pleasant

Marshall T. Pleasant, of Oakmont, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014, at the age of 74. 

Marshall was the son of the late Marshall and Marie Pleasant; beloved husband for 45 years of Elizabeth “Betty” (Stoyak);  loving father of Reneé M. Pleasant and Randy M. Pleasant; grandfather of Makai, brother of the late Mary Ann Meder and Dolores Walczak; brother-in-law of Peter (Ruth) Stoyak.  He is also survived by niece Donna Walczak, nephew,Wally Walczak, and their families.  He is also survived by his four legged children Dexter and Daphne. 

Marshall was a member of St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, a longtime employee of Northside Foods, an avid Steelers fan, and was a past president of the OAA, now the RAA.

Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 15, 2014 in St. Irenaeus Catholic Church at 12:30 p.m. 

Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 533 Linden Avenue, New Kensington, PA  15068.
