Robert R. “Buba” Leaf, of Penn Hills, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013, at the age of 47.
Bob was the loving husband for 24 years of Sherry (Wittkopp) Leaf; son-in-law of Robert and Merna Wittkopp; brother of Kenneth (the late Lisa) Leaf and Ronald W. Leaf; uncle of Lindsay Nicole Wittkopp, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Leaf, and Athena Dawn Simpson Leaf. He is also survived by his two children with four legs and a nub, Star and Tubby; brother-in-law of the late Robert S. Wittkopp.
Bob will be remembered for his love of people, animals, and his compassion and understanding with a warm heart of gold. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 2-9 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, November 7, 2013 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 10:30 a.m., located at 710 New Texas Rd, Pittsburgh, 15239. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT THE CHURCH. Everyone is invited to lunch immediately following the service in Cultural Hall.
