Obituary -Janet M. Scott

Janet M. Scott, of Penn Hills passed away on Friday, June 28, 2013, at the age of 91.

Janet is the daughter of the late Earl and Ida (Steiner) Riddell; dear wife of the late Gordon C. Scott; loving mother of Gordon C. (Jan) Scott, Ronald (Wendy) Scott, Bonita (Dave) Dering, and James Scott; grandmother of Heather, Gordon (Ramia), Doug (Paola), David (Kate), Kristen, Susan (Mike), Beth (Kavir), Evan, and Ryan; great-grandmother of Gus, Anna, Ellie, Jane, Isabel, Will, Ollie, Ben, Emerson, Aiden, Duncan, and Bret; sister of Bernice Fraser. 

Services and interment will be private for the family only at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Penn Hills.  

Contributions in her name may be made to Interim Hospice c/o the Mary Grace Foundation, 1789 South Braddock Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15218.  Arrangements were made through BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. Oakmont.
