Lori Ann Rodgers, of Penn Hills passed away peacefully, at the age of 50, with her mother by her side, on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital.
Lori Ann was born in Pittsburgh on June 5, 1964, she was the daughter of Jean Rodgers of Penn Hills and the late Earl Rodgers; loving sister of David (Cathy) Rodgers of Penn Hills, and the late Mary Lynn Rodgers; beloved aunt of Chelsea Rodgers of Penn Hills. Lori Ann is also survived by many loving friends at Passavant Memorial Homes, and the family thanks their staff for their devoted and wonderful care.
She attended Shining Arrow and Spina Bifida of Western PA camps. Lori Ann will be remembered for her fun loving spirit and smile.
Friends and relatives will be received on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 12 Noon in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona with Father Edwin Wichman officiating. Interment will follow next to her Father in the Verona Cemetery, Oakmont.
