Marie A. Copeland, of Verona, died Monday evening, September 8, 2014, at the age of 71.
Marie was the beloved wife of Donald K. Copeland of 53 years; dear mother of Tina VanRyn and Pam L. Copeland; twin sister of Peggy (Ronald) Benner, Isabel (Sonny) Cavola and the late William “Bill” Covert; sister-in-law of Gerry Covert; grandmother of Melanie and Jennifer VanRyn; and is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Marie was a member of Verona Presbyterian Church and her family and church family was very important to her.

Friends and relatives were received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014. Services were held in the Burket-Truby Funeral Home Cremation & Alternative Service, Inc. Oakmont Funeral home.
