Ray Thomas Spurling, Jr. “Fuzzy,” of Verona, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014, at the age of 51.
Ray was the beloved son of the late Ray and Judy (Foreback) Spurling, Sr.; loving husband for 32 years of Lynn (Haskins) Spurling; father of Rick John Spurling and Curtis Joshua Spurling; grandfather of Madalyn and Noah Thomas Spurling; brother of Michael (Linna) Spurling, Cheryl Spurling, and Vicky (Frank) Seanor; son in-Law of Larry and Rebecca Haskins; brother-in-law of Patricia, Joanne, and Jessica Haskins. Rick is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives will be received on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont. A funeral service will be held on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. in the funeral home at the conclusion of the visitation.
