Obituary -Tessie J. Trebac

Tessie J. Trebac,  of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully in her home that she dearly loved for six decades on Monday, July 21, 2014, at the age of 96.

Tessie was the cherished grandmother of Michael Heller and Tessa (Daniel) Vogel; great-grandmother of Elliott and Lydia; mother-in-law of Jared Heller.  She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Kathleen (Trebac) Heller, sisters Stella and Helen, and her brother John. 

Tessie retired in 1978 from her trailblazing career as Gulf Science and Technology’s employment advisor.  She will be remembered always for her generosity, kindness, and desire to help others. 

Friends and relatives will be received on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, Oakmont.
