On Wednesday November 5th, Trey Douglas Mitlo, of Penn Hills completed his battle with cancer, at the age of six..
“Young Warrior” was an inspiration as he fought defiantly while enthusiastically loving amusement parks, water slides and even trips to the hospital. His impact was immense and far reaching.
Trey was the dear son of Jay and Rachel (Vance) Mitlo, Sr.; brother of Joseph C. Mitlo, Jr. and Isabella V. Mitlo; grandson of Thomas J. and Betty A. Mitlo, Barbara B. Vance, and the late Richard Z. Vance; nephew of Mary Lynn (Robert) Pleczkowski, Thomas J. (Janet) Mitlo, Jr., Cathy (Steve) Muscara, Marcie (Richard) DeFazio, and Douglas (Jackie) Vance. Trey is also survived by 10 cousins and many loving family members.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and on Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 3-8 p.m. at the Hebron United Presbyterian Church, 10460 Frankstown Road. Pittsburgh, PA 15235. Funeral Services,will be held Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Hebron United Presbyterian Church. Private interment will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Penn Hills.
