Obituary - Wanda B. Brozda

Wanda B. Brozda, of Harmar Township, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at the age of 84.

Wanda was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice Strungis Brozda; dear sister of Winifred (late Louis) Bobula, of Churchill, Marie (Ed) Stim, of Tolland, Conn., and the late Joseph Brozda, MD, and Beatrice Masciantonio; sister-in-law of Helen Brozda, of San Cruz, Calif.; and was affectionately known as “Aunt Randi” to 20 nieces and nephews.

Wanda was a member of St. Pio Parish (St. Francis), Harmarville. She graduated from Seton Hill with a BS in chemistry and went on to receive a master's in library science from the University of Pittsburgh. She volunteered at Harmarville Rehabilitation Center for 25 years. She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Christian Funeral Mass at 10:30 am Friday at St. Pio Catholic Church, Harmarville.

The Family suggests memorials to Catholic Charities, 212 Ninth St. No. 1000, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Interment will be at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Monroeville.
