William W. “Geezer” DeTruck Sr., of Oakmont, died peacefully in his residence Saturday evening, July 25, 2015, at the age of 82,with his family by his side.
William was the beloved husband of Donna (Ansell) DeTruck for 57 years; dear father of Terry George, “of” Las Vegas, Bruce (Karen) DeTruck, of Bell Township, and William W. DeTruck Jr., of Oakmont; grandfather of Brandi Lynn George, Christopher George and Audrey DeTruck.
Bill was a member of Oakmont Methodist Church, Cub Cadet Enthusiast, and served during the Vietnam War and Korean War.

Friends and relatives are invited to a memorial visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Oakmont United Methodist Church, 419 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont, PA, 15139. Everyone please meet at church.
