Open Casting Call This Weekend for "Steel Town" Movie Extras

The Pittsburgh Film Office has announced that a new major motion picture, "Steel Town" is seeking extras of all types.

The movie stars Maggie Gyllenhaal, Viola Davis, Holly Hunter, Rosie Perez and Walden Media.

A touching story follows two mothers who team up to help make a difference at a local school.

The casting call will be held on Saturday, July 9, and Sunday, July 10, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel, 101 Radisson Drive in Greentree. 

Those who attend should bring a recent nonreturnable photograph. The positions are paid and those who audition must be legal U.S. residents.
