Plum Firefighters Respond to Basement Dryer Fire

Local firefighters fought a fire in a basement on Spring Hollow Court in Plum caused by a dryer.

Plum fire departments responded to a basement fire caused by a dryer Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters evacuated the home on Spring Hollow Court off Old Leechburg Road in Plum with no injuries reported.

Holiday Park, Unity and Renton fire departments were dispatched to the scene at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday.
