Plum Man Accused of Luring Teenager

Here are the Plum police reports for June 18 to 25.

A Plum man is accused of attempting to lure a teenage girl into his home.

Borough police have charged Charles John Coudriet, 43, with luring a child.

According to police, a 16-year-old and two others reported that they were on Ozark Drive walking to Hialeah Drive on May 20 when Coudriet approached them. They claim he singled out the 16-year-old and told her to go inside his home. After leaving, they reported the incident to police.

According to the police report, Coudriet was intoxicated when police attempted to talk to him about the incident. Coudriet claims he approached the group to confront them about profanity use.

Prohibited Acts

  • Timothy Samuel Duschl, 52, of Penn Hills, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another person, prohibited acts and two counts of possession of a controlled substance after a March 3 incident on Scott Road.
Assault
  • Anthony Lawrence Cardinale, 56, of Plum, was charged with three counts of simple assault and three counts of harassment after a June 23 incident on Katz Street.
Criminal Mischief
  • An Old Leechburg Road resident reported that someone had vandalized a new construction area on June 23. The back wall of the area was spray painted, five gallons of paint were opened and poured on the floor and gas cans were emptied into the septic system.
Theft
  • A drill and credit card were reported stolen from a truck on Logans Ferry Road on 10.
Fraud
  • A Blue Ridge Road resident reported $935 of unauthorized purchases with a debit card between June 17 and 24.
