Plum Police Reports: Aug. 15 to 22

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Insurance Fraud

Jamie Nicole Valenti, 27, of Plum, was charged with insurance fraud and false reports to law enforcement officials after a June 27 incident.

Theft

An Oblock Road resident reported the theft of $6,800 from the cab of his work truck when it was parked on Cobblestone Drive on Aug. 13.

A Sardis Road resident reported the theft of a go-cart on Aug. 15. It was recovered on Drennen Road.

A Penn Hills resident reported his vehicle stolen from Sturchio's Auto Body on Universal Road.

Burglary

A Shady Avenue resident reported a burglary on Aug. 16. Money and a bottle of rum were reported stolen.

Criminal Mischief

A Plum Avenue reported criminal mischief to his car on Aug. 16.
