Plum Police Reports: Feb. 14 to Feb. 21

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Theft

Two Ridgeview Drive residents reported theft from vehicles on Feb. 19. One resident reported the theft of $25 and damage to the gearshift; the other reported the theft of $20.

A Monroeville resident reported the theft of tools and a ladder from the Route 286 Mini Storage on Kane Road on Feb. 20.

Prohibited Acts

Derek Russell Kubiak, 20, of Arnold, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, prohibited acts, underage drinking, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and three traffic violations after a Nov. 24, 2011, traffic stop on Leechburg Road. 

Zachary Keith Laughlin, 23, of Murrysville, was charged with two counts of prohibited acts after a Dec. 27, 2011, incident on Oblock Road.

 Harassment

Terrell Montgomery, 42, of Penn Hills, was charged with harassment and terroristic threats after a Feb. 4 incident on Deborah Jane Drive.

Gabrielle Frances Maggio, 18, of Plum, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a Feb. 13 incident.
