Prohibited Acts

Jason Alexander Hainesworth, 25, of Plum, was charged with prohibited acts-possession with intent to deliver, two counts of prohibited acts, two counts of prohibited acts-possession and two traffic violations after a Nov. 5 incident on Milltown Road.

Theft

Michael John Kontetta, 32, of Springdale, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property after a Sept. 28 incident on Ashley Lane.

Criminal Mischief

A Pebble Drive resident reported a shattered home window on Nov. 5.
