Criminal Conspiracy
William Patrick Walker, 29, of New Kensington, was charged with criminal attempt, criminal conspiracy and prohibited acts after an Oct. 1 incident on Ashley Lane.
False ID
Stacey F. O'Neal, 47, of Baldwin, was charged with false identification to law enforcement, driving with a suspended license and general lighting requirements after an Oct. 6 traffic stop at the intersection of Hulton Road and Kirk Drive.
Simple Assault
Justin Edward Massaro, 21, of Penn Hills, was charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of harassment and two counts of reckless driving after an Aug. 24 incident.
