DUI

David Glenn Hamilton, 55, of Plum, was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, accidents involving an unattended vehicle, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, and two traffic violations after a Sept. 10 accident on Old Leechburg Road.

Adam James Vanclief, 28, of Plum, was charged with prohibited acts, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations after a Sept. 17 traffic stop on New Texas Road.

Theft

Brent Tyler Heavner, 26, of Plum, was charged with receiving stolen property after a Sept. 2 incident at Fazi Firearms on Saltsburg Road.

A Coxcomb Hill resident reported a stolen vehicle on Sept. 17. It was recovered on the railroad tracks near the Logans Ferry boat docks. The front of the vehicle and the undercarriage were damaged.

A Mary Street resident reported a stolen vehicle on Sept. 14.

A Hulton Road resident reported access device fraud on Sept. 13.

Simple Assault

Ti Alexander Williams, 18, of Plum, was charged with simple assault and harrassment after a Sept. 5 incident on Havanna Drive.

Criminal Mischief

A New Texas Road resident reported a rock was thrown through the front door window on Sept. 18.
