Plum Police Reports: Stalking, DUI & More

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Stalking

John Francis Kotvas Jr., 28, of Plum was charged with stalking, habitual offenders, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle after a June 27 incident on Abers Creek Road.

DUI

Shane Michael Kelley, 21, of Plum was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, unattended motor vehicle, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, immediate notice of accident to police, restraint systems and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a July 28 incident on Browntown Road.

Jessica Vail Howsare, 22, of Churchill was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a July 28 incident on Saltsburg Road.

Theft

A Penn Hills resident reported his car stolen from Aspen Drive on July 19.
