The Platinum Pooch to Host a MicroChip Clinic for Cats and Dogs
The Animal Rescue League will be on site at the Verona business on Saturday, Aug. 6.

The Platinum Pooch in Verona is hosting a MicroChip Clinic on Saturday, Aug. 6, for cats and dogs.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in conjunction with the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania.
Pets will be microchipped and registered on site for $25. A microchip implant usually is placed under the skin of an animal. Once animals receive the implant, they can be easily identified and matched with their owners.

The Platinum Pooch also will be trimming animal names for $5—the cost usually is $10. All proceeds will benefit the rescue league.
