Motorist Drives Off Verona Hillside

A motorist lost control of her vehicle early Wednesday morning.

A woman lost control of her vehicle on Wednesday morning, sending it down a Verona hillside near the war memorial.

and the Verona Volunteer Fire Department responded to the incident near Allegheny River Boulevard and Lamagna Drive/Seldon Avenue just after 8 a.m.

Police Chief Ron McLemore said the driver lost control of the vehicle and plummeted down the hillside, but she was not hurt.
