Verona’s Fall Festival is truly a Verona community event. You will see neighbors running the evening Bingo and games of chance, selling raffle tickets, cooking up delicious dinner entrees and Conte’s specialty funnel cakes and Rick and Linda popping the Chamber of Commerce popcorn. I’m sure you will find also find “Julie’s Rosemary Pretzels,” plus there will be entertainment and the rides.
A word about the rides: buy your tickets at a discount price BEFORE the festival opens. I know Verner School has tickets available and so does Ann Larkin, the festival chairman, 412-828-0827.
