A note came through from the Western Pennsylvania Center for the Arts, which may interest you. WPCA is the business that bought the former Spiral Staircase on East Railroad Avenue. WPCA entertained the community last summer during the Concerts in the Park series. These are the folks that will rent instruments, eventually give music lessons, and provide other musical services. Perhaps you will be able to help them with their remodeling by voting for them.
