1960’s – 1970’s Dance Party with AM Radio to Benefit Local Nonprofit

East Norristown, PA. Friday, October 21, 2016 – Get your Bell Bottoms, Platform Shoes, Mini-Skirts, Tie Dye outfits, Leisure Suits, Candie's shoes, and Get ready to Twist, Disco, Do the Watusi and more!
A 1960’s – 1970’s Dance Party will be held on Friday, October 21st at Presidential Caterers, East Norristown PA from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Advanced tickets are $40. Tickets purchased at the door are $45. Dinner is included in the ticket price, and the buffet is provided by Presidential Caterers.
AM Radio, a six-piece Retro Dance band hailing from the Philadelphia area, will provide live music to dance to throughout the evening. There will be a cash bar, Prize Raffle, and 50/50 Raffle.
All proceeds benefit Pillars of Light and Love, a non-profit launched on March 2, 2015 by business owner Kathy Opperman. The main focus of the non-profit is Stress and Life Management for all ages. The goal of which is to teach children, teens and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety and depression, build confidence, and achieve better coping techniques, positive communication skills, and healthy relationships.
