American Executive Centers Named Medium Business of the Year

Main Line Chamber of Commerce honors at annual celebration.

, a real estate business with multiple locations along the main line, was honored as "Medium Business of the Year" by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce last week. The business also holds an office at 600 Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting.

AEC was among seven area business honored by the chamber at its annual Celebration of Business Leadership gathering, held at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern last week.

The Bryn Mawr Running Company was named small business of the year, while Comfort Keepers was named the large business of the year. Harcum College and Immaculata University shared the honor of non-profit of the year, while CEO of the year went to Harris Fishman of the First Financial Group in Bala Cynwyd.

The honors were rounded out by the F. Karl Schauffele Community Service award, which went to Amy Frazier of PwC, and Emerging Leader of the Year, which went to Joseph Carberry, Medical Solutions Supplier.

In addition, the chamber graduated members from its 2012 Class of Leadership Main Line. The class provides an intensive curriculum that engages participants in learning experiences designed to enhance the infrastructure of the Main Line, according to a press release from the chamber.
