Plymouth-Whitemarsh 2026 Primary Voter Guide: Who's On Ballot, Where To Vote

What to know ahead of the upcoming primary election in Pennsylvania.

PLYMOUTH-WHITEMARSH, PA — The 2026 primary election in Pennsylvania will be held on May 19.

Both Republican and Democratic voters can find their respective sample ballots online here.

Many primary races are not contested this year, meaning candidates essentially have a free pass on to the general election in November. The notable exception for some local voters in the 148th state legislative race, where four Democrats are vying for an open seat.

Here are the races Plymouth and Whitemarsh area voters can expect to see on their primary ballots:

Polls will be open for in-person voting from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you're planning on voting in-person and are not sure where to go to vote, you can find your polling place here.

Find Voter Registration Status

You can search for your voter registration status with your name or your PennDOT driver's license or identification card. Your party affiliation and polling place address will be displayed once you have provided an exact match with the information on your voter registration record.

Register to Vote, Update Your Voter Registration

To qualify to vote, one must be a United States citizen at least one month prior to the election, a resident of Pennsylvania and the election district at least 30 days before the election, and 18 years of age on or before the day of the election.
