Business Journal: EBay Spinoff Could be Coming to Conshohocken
Kynetic is shooting for over $1 billion in revenue in 2012.

The Philadelphia Business Journal is reporting that Conshohocken will become the home to a 1,000-employee, privately-held company that hopes to top $1billion in revenue in 2012.
According to the story Kynetic LCC, the holding company for three businesses that eBay Inc. spun off from GSI Commerce Inc. when it bought the King of Prussia-based provider of e-commerce and digital-marketing services, is set to establish headquarters in the borough sometime in the fourth quarter.
